Island Team Structure
In line the the current Scout Association Transformation Programme, Jersey Scouts is adjusting its structure. The aim of this is to spread the voluntary commitment currently borne by the Island Lead Volunteer across more people to reduce the workload of the role. It will also create development opportunities such that there are a pool of experienced members who could potentially fill the Island Lead Volunteer role in the future.
