Skills for Life

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with Skills for Life. We encourage young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, we help over 460,000 young people across the UK enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed, now and in the future.

Welcome to Jersey Scouts

The Jersey Scout Association has over 800 members supported by about 30 Young Leaders and a further 120 adult volunteers, covering the whole Island.

There are 7 Groups across the Island, this is further supplemented by 5 Island units.  All the Groups hold regular meetings for Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scout and Explorer Scout sections.

The Jersey Scout Association has three Explorer units, a Scout Band, and a Climbing Club.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
